Get Smart is responsible for the personal information submitted through getsmartcw.com. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@getsmartcw.com.
What information do we collect?
The contact form may collect your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number and message.
The quote form may additionally collect your selected service, project details, answers to follow-up questions and any files you choose to upload.
We also use a hidden anti-spam field and basic technical information needed to receive and secure a submission.
Why do we use it?
We use the information only to answer your message, review your project, prepare recommendations or a quote, provide requested support and keep necessary business records.
We do not sell your personal information or use form submissions for unrelated advertising.
Email delivery and service providers
Form submissions are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider, to info@getsmartcw.com. Resend and our hosting or email providers may process limited information only to provide their services and protect them against misuse.
How long do we keep it?
We keep a submission only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle and follow up on the request. Information that must be retained for administrative, contractual or legal reasons may be kept for the applicable period and is then deleted or securely archived.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete it when we no longer need to keep it. Send your request to info@getsmartcw.com. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Language preference and security
The website stores your language choice in your own browser so it can open in the language you selected. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect submissions. No internet or email system can, however, guarantee absolute security.
